Return and Refund Policy

1. Terms of Return

Printed photos are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

2. Reason for Return

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- Damaged product upon receipt.
- Incorrect product received.
- Dissatisfaction with print quality (if not due to photo resolution).

3. Process for Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at 689-239-2271 within 7 days of receiving your printed photos.
Provide your order number and details of the issue.
We will provide instructions on how to return the printed photos.

4. Process of Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. No Refund on Digital Photos

Please note that digital photo purchases are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable to printed photo products.
